Dry Clean Only
All suits, suit separates, sport coats, and blazers should be dry cleaned only when soiled. Dry cleaning too often will damage your garment and reduce its life span.
Suits and suit separates should have pants and coat dry cleaned at the same time. This will help reduce any noticeable colour fading from the dry cleaning process.
Hang your garment between wearings. Steaming before you wear will remove any wrinkles, reduce odour causing bacteria, and keep the garment fibres hydrated. Avoid over steaming the chest and shoulders. Too much steam can cause the interfacing to separate, resulting in ‘bubbling’ of the fabric.
Ironing your garment is fine. Be cautious with your iron, as too much ironing can dry out and compress the garment fibres, giving your garment a tired worn out look. Scorching may occur if iron is left on the fabric too long.
